When selecting the menu, you need to give it a title (no longer than 20 characters) and add the options you want to use (each with a maximum of 20 characters).

To add more options, you choose "Add Option" (up to a maximum of 10), and to remove an option, you select "Remove".

You must name the event because it is where the expected response will be stored, and select "Auto generate cases" to automatically create the cases you want to use.
